THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENT REPRESENTS THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU OR THE ENTITY YOU REPRESENT AND ROOTSTACK, THE COMPANY BEHIND ROOTNET. ROOTSTACK OFFERS THIS WEBSITE, THE INFORMATION, TOOLS, AND SERVICES FOUND HERE TO USERS AND CLIENTS. THIS IS TO GOVERN THE USE OF ROOTNET SUITE AND ROOTNETAPP.COM

BY CONTINUING TO USE THIS WEBSITE YOU UNDERSTAND AND CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT. THESE CONDITIONS APPLY TO EVERY USER OF THE WEBSITE, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS YOU ARE NOT SUIT TO USE THIS WEBSITE OR OUR SERVICES.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO EVERY SERVICE OFFERED ON THE ROOTNET SUITE SUCH AS:

  • CRM
  • INTRANET
  • SERVICE DESK

 

1. AGREEMENT

The use of our website and service inquires implies that the user is 100% consenting of our conditions and acknowledges without any reserve our terms and conditions.

By accepting the following Terms of Service you declare and agree that you are of full age in your state or country of residence. The use of this website and services is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years old and on. The user agrees to be a person with enough capacity to acquire all the obligations that derive from this document and their actions inside our parameters.

 

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

As a business we are in our right to decline the provision of any of our services to any person or enterprise based on any motive at any moment.

As a user or client, you understand that your information, all but credit card information (this is encrypted when transferred), can be vulnerable and be transferred without encryption and involve

  • Transmission across different networks
  • Changes for it to adjust and adapt to technical connection requirements of networks and devices.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their usernames, passwords and sensitive information that might be compromised. We are not to be held responsible for the loss or damage to users or third parties that result from unauthorized access to your account.

You also agree that the license for your service is exclusive and non-transferrable. The user won’t be allowed to rent, re-sell, duplicate, reproduce or exploit the service that is being delivered. The user shall not access or contact the service or website where the service is being offered without previous written permission given by Rootstack/Rootnet. The titles used in this agreement are for convenience motives and they’re not limited or affect this agreement.

 

3. INFORMATION ACCURACY & UPDATES

We are not to be held responsible for the inaccuracy of the information found on this website. The information is put for general information an illustration purposes but shouldn’t be used to base decisions on then given that at times it might be outdated or inaccurate.

Any trust put into the information found on this website is done at your own risk. The website may contain historical information, this information is not necessarily up to date and it’s only proportioned for reference. We reserve the right to update and change the content of this website at any given moment but we are not obligated to do so.

 

4. PRICE, PAYMENTS & TERMINATION

The prices contemplated for the Rootnet Suite may face changes from time to time as it’s considered by Rootstack/Rootnet. We reserve the right to change or interrupt the service without previous notice at any given time. We will not be responsible to you or their parties for the modification, price change or shut down of the service.

Payments can be charged in a monthly, trimestrial, semestral or annual format, these can be done through an ACH payment or credit card and users can terminate their service contract without the need of a previous notice or protocol. The failure to do these payments will result in instant cancellation of the service, no interests will be generated.

Given our implementation fees, we recommend a minimum duration of service inquiries to last at least 3 months, this will work in a positive manner to both our clients and us.

 

5. THIRD PARTY LINKS

Inside the content of this website, there might be instances where we refer to third-party links that will take users to content owned by third parties. We will not be held responsible for the content of these links, we are not responsible for the examination or evaluation of the content’s exactitude and guarantees. we have no responsibility for what third parties choose to show on their websites.

We are not to be held responsible for any damages or incidents caused by the acquirement or use of goods, services, resources or contents found in third-party websites. We urge that users will check their terms and conditions to make sure that they agree and consent their policies.

 

6. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Rootstack/Rootnet offers our clients a full business software Suite that consists of 3 main products:

Rootnet CRM

Through this module companies will be able to enjoy the service of a Customer Relationship Manager which features are, but not limited to, the following:

  • Manage their contacts
  • Categorize products and services
  • Create meeting memorandums
  • Task planning
  • Create sprints
  • Track sales
Rootnet Intranet

Through this module companies will be able to enjoy the service of an Intranet solution which features are, but not limited to, the following:

  • Define projects, roles and tasks
  • Manage team resources
  • Automate task confirmations
  • Manage projects
  • Create workflows
  • Manage their company’s community
Rootnet Service Desk

Through this module companies will be able to enjoy the service of a Service Desk solution which features are, but not limited to, the following:

  • Generate tickets for complaints
  • Assign tickets to responsible parties
  • Manage problem-solving
  • Visualize ticket’s status

 

7. REFUNDS

Rootstack/Rootnet does not possess a refund policy, we will not be responsible for proving a refund for clients if they do not wish to continue using the Rootnet Suite at any stage whether it’s during the training & implementation process or after the platform has been running.

If a client wishes to terminate their subscription prior to its expiration they won’t be granted with a refund.

 

8. FREE TRIALS

Rootstack/Rootnet offers a 30 day free trial for our Rootnet Suite, clients can choose which services they are interested in trying and we will do a deploy on their servers. Some conditions will apply:

  • Clients will only get 3 users to test the suite
  • Software won’t be 100% customized

 

9. LIMITATIONS

Users of this website and the Rootnet Suite must be warned that at times either the website or software will face maintenance phases where their performance won’t be the usual.

Besides that the website or software might also underperform due to external circumstances such as third-party software, connectivity issues, saturation, amongst others. We will not be held responsible for these circumstances.

 

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY FACE CHANGES AS TIME PROGRESSES AND WE CHANGE SOME OF OUR POLICIES. WE HOLD THE RIGHT TO DO SO AND IT’S THE USER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO PERIODICALLY CHECK THE WEBSITE FOR UPDATES ON OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. ANY PROLONGATION OF THE USE OF THE WEBSITE AFTER ANY CHANGES CONSTITUTES THE ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CHANGES.
